We collect: account details you provide (business name, owner name, email, phone), call and message content handled by our AI on your behalf, caller phone numbers, transcripts, recordings, booking details, and basic usage and billing data.

2. How we use your data

We use your data to operate the AI receptionist, route bookings to you, improve voice quality and accuracy, prevent abuse, process payments, and provide customer support. We never sell your data or your customers' data.

3. Data protection & security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized personnel under strict confidentiality. We follow GDPR and CCPA principles: lawful basis, data minimization, and purpose limitation. We retain call data only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law.

4. Sharing with third parties

We share data only with subprocessors required to deliver the service (telephony, hosting, AI model providers, payment processing). All subprocessors are bound by data protection agreements. We may disclose data if legally required.

5. Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time by contacting us. You can also request restriction of processing or object to processing. We respond within 30 days.
