These Terms govern your use of ZeplioAI. By signing up you agree to these Terms.
ZeplioAI provides an AI receptionist that answers phone calls and WhatsApp messages, books appointments and forwards information to your business. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
ZeplioAI is offered on a monthly subscription at the price displayed at signup. Subscriptions renew automatically each month using your saved payment method until cancelled. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes.
You can cancel anytime from your dashboard or by emailing us. Cancellation stops the next renewal; the service remains active until the end of the current paid period. There are no cancellation fees.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first month: if you are not satisfied within 7 days of your initial subscription, contact us for a full refund. After this period, monthly fees are non-refundable, including for partial months following a cancellation. Refunds for billing errors or service outages are handled case-by-case.
You agree not to use ZeplioAI for unlawful, harassing, fraudulent or spam activity, and to comply with telecommunications laws (including TCPA, GDPR and local recording-consent rules) where you operate. You are responsible for the content of communications handled on your behalf.
You are responsible for the accuracy of business information provided to the AI (hours, services, pricing) and for confirming bookings with your customers when needed.
ZeplioAI is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. On termination we will provide a reasonable export window for your data.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the entity providing the service to you, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
